When you make a booking with us, we create and share your private Pocket Itinerary - an online calendar that you subscribe to. If we are not present with you, which will happen often, it’s where you find your bookings, suggestions, contact details, directions and other information for all the fun things we have planned for you. Meeting Mountains will keep it updated continuously, so if weather changes and we have to move an activity to another day - it will be updated in the app.

The calendar item will have an exclamation point (!) if the item has been booked for you (restaurant booking, wine tasting, accommodation etc. It means that you are expected to go there .

The calendar item will have a question mark (?) in front of it if it’s just a suggestion for a visit but not a booking (stop by a waterfall, ice cream stop, small hike, landmark, photo opportunity etc).
